Looks like Unique LA made themselves a new website...it's purdy with dropdown menus. Also sounds like Amoeba is going to set up shop there to sell your boyfriend some vinyl records while you buy some Owl jewelry, ladies. Check it out: http://uniquela.com/about/about-the-event/ |

Thanks to everyone who came out for Unique Los Angeles! As a first time vendor at the event we had a blast and spread magnet joy to many excited buyers and persons of interest! It's always so encouraging to see people as excited about magnets as we are!! A few major milestones from the weekend: 1. Sarah sold her most prized Britney Spears magnets, hit me baby one more time! 2. Mary sold some hot vintage sets including her favorite-Brushing Teeth, Your Health-1972 3. OWLS are going to be so played out by 2010...calling all hipsters to come up with a new favorite animal motif!! :P ;) ;) |

We are gearing up over here for the big event, staying up until the wee hours of the night making magnets for you kids. We've got a lot of new items that we are so excited to show you!And word on the street is...well, actually there are 2 words on the street: Word #1: It's $10 to get into the event, with partial proceeds going to the local non-profit 826LA!
Entry gets you an exclusive-to-the-show limited edition tote bag, a
free drink ticket, unlimited re-entry for both days, and access to our
great lineup of free workshops. Word #2: Studio
Number One by Shepard Fairey has confirmed they are partnering with
UNIQUE LA to create the Holiday Show tote bag design! At UNIQUE LA
every paid attendee gets a cotton tote bag, which will feature a
different design/artist each show. The bags will only be printed for
the show, in limited quantity, so they are collector's items.
...ok, actually lied...saved the best word on the street for last Word #3: Looks like we might have a few free tickets to give away, so you can get into the event for FREE. Stay tuned for details... |

Finally had some time to update the site with a few bells and whistles,
so take a look around. We've got a blog, so you can read about all the
exciting new magnets we are constantly making as well as anything that
tickles our fancy and inspires us, which usually equals videos on
youtube.
Also, take a look at our updated magnet pages to see all of our available magnets!
